Group Training is more than just an economic alternative to one-on-one training. Group Training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate. Plus working out with others pushes you to a new effort level.

WHAT WE OFFER IN ADULT GROUP TRAINING:

Training: 4X per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday Time: 6:00am to 6:50am Price: $175.00 Monthly

Women: Monday (HIIT- upper body/abs), Tuesday (legs/abs), Wednesday (No Training) , Thursday (Glutes), Friday (HIIT- upper body/abs)

Men: Monday (HIIT- upper body/abs), Tuesday (legs/abs), Wednesday (No Training) , Thursday (Upper Body), Friday (HIIT- upper body/abs)

Custom designed workouts are built in with different levels of fitness in mind. The participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from small group personal training. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals. The ADULT GROUP TRAINING CLASS is based on the most current HIIT training research and timing protocol, and is combined with research based nutrition and strength/conditioning strategies. Through body assessment, metabolic profiling, small group support, sound nutritional strategies, and "workouts that matter", this results-driven program offers real and lasting change for our clients.

Kids Small Group Training

Custom designed workouts are built in with different levels of fitness in mind. The participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from small group personal training. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals in this small group environment of 2-6 clients to 1 Trainer.
